Meals on Wheels delivers meals and a personal connection to homebound neighbors across Greenville County. For people who may be isolated, a volunteer’s visit matters alongside the food.
Why we CHOSE TO FUND THEM
We have supported this work for years. As Greenville grew, Meals on Wheels needed a larger home to keep pace. We made the lead philanthropic gift toward its new facility, helping create room for more meals and more volunteer deliveries.
The new building has the capacity to produce up to 6,000 meals a day, three times the previous capacity. It gives Meals on Wheels space to serve Greenville’s homebound neighbors for years to come.
