IMPACT
Investment Is
the Beginning
A grant matters because of what it makes possible. We measure impact not simply by the dollars invested, but by what changes afterward.
Behind every investment
— is a challenge worth understanding —
This approach helps tell a fuller story of philanthropy, one that goes beyond the grant itself and focuses on the difference created through partnership.
The Problem
What barrier was preventing people or organizations from moving forward?
The INVESTMENT
What resource, partnership, infrastructure, or solution could help address it?
The result
What became possible because the barrier changed?
partnership
— at work —
Behind every grant are dedicated people working to strengthen their communities. We are proud to partner with nonprofits whose expertise, compassion, and commitment make meaningful change possible. Their work drives the impact, and we are grateful to play a supporting role.

Food
Meals on Wheels Greenville
As Greenville grew, Meals on Wheels needed a larger home to keep pace. We made the lead philanthropic gift toward its new facility, helping create room for more meals and more volunteer deliveries.

Food
Loaves and Fishes
We have supported Loaves and Fishes’ day-to-day work through general operating grants. When we learned that its delivery fleet was aging, we saw a need the organization had not asked us to fund.

Food
Mill Village Farms
We partnered with Mill Village Farms to expand its cooling capacity, allowing the FoodShare program to double the number of people it could serve.

Shelter & Housing
Homes of Hope
Recovery takes time, support, and a path to a stable income. We invested in an expansion house that increased the program’s capacity to serve men by 50%.

Healthcare
Triune Mercy Center
We funded a complete renovation, creating a larger commercial bathroom that is easier to clean and can accommodate more guests. It is a practical improvement to a space people rely on every day.

Shelter & Housing
Rebuild Upstate
Together, we created a revolving fund that lets Rebuild Upstate pay for projects upfront. As reimbursements arrive, the money goes back into the fund and becomes available for the next home.
